Larry Richenstein, Founder and CEO of Gemns™, has spent nearly his entire career in wireless consumer technologies. He has founded or co-founded four technology companies, including Lonestar Technologies, Long Hall Technologies, and Unwired Technology LLC.
With over 30 years of Consumer Technology Association (CTA) involvement, Larry has served as Chairman of the Automotive Electronics Division, Chairman of the CTA Foundation, and member of the CTA Board of Industry Leaders. His proven B2B experience serving Fortune 100 customers at Unwired, combined with his reputation for innovation-driven entrepreneurship, provides a strong foundation for Gemns™ success.
Michael Riddell
Senior Vice President, Engineering, Gemns™
Michael “Mike” Riddell, Senior Vice President of Engineering at Gemns™, is an experienced engineering leader with a strong track record in innovative product development and commercial success. His career spans the automotive industry with companies like Siemens, Philips, Mannesmann VDO, and TI Automotive, where he specialized in high-reliability product design, testing, and validation. Mike’s expertise includes precision electro-mechanical assemblies, permanent magnet sensors, actuators, brushless motors, and electronic controls.
Previously, as VP of Engineering at FuelCell Energy, he led a team of over 75 professionals with a $20M R&D budget and oversaw the design and installation of the world’s largest hydrogen fuel cell power plant in Incheon, South Korea.
