2. Company Information

GEMNS™ is a trademark of WePower, a company specializing in energy harvesting technology solutions. These Terms govern your use of our electromagnetic induction energy harvesting devices and related services.

3. Product Description

GEMNS™ energy harvesting generators (EHGs) are electromagnetic induction devices designed to power IoT sensors and wireless devices without traditional batteries. Our products:

    • Generate energy in the millijoule range through kinetic energy harvesting
    • Are protocol agnostic and support various wireless standards
    • Are designed for integration into IoT applications across multiple industries


4. Use License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use GEMNS™ products for their intended commercial or personal purposes. You may not:

    • Reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code
    • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works
    • Remove or alter proprietary notices or labels
    • Use products for illegal or unauthorized purposes


5. Orders and Payment

5.1 Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance by GEMNS™. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

5.2 Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. Quoted prices are valid for [30] days unless otherwise specified.

5.3 Payment Terms

Payment terms are Net [30] days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur interest charges of [1.5%] per month.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL GEMNS™ OR WEPOWER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Patents

GEMNS™ technology is protected by patents and patent applications. Unauthorized use may constitute patent infringement.

9.2 Trademarks

GEMNS™ and associated logos are trademarks of WePower. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9.3 Trade Secrets

Proprietary technology and processes constitute trade secrets and confidential information.

10. Technical Support and Integration

10.1 Support

Technical support is provided during standard business hours for [90] days after delivery.

10.2 Integration Assistance

Integration consulting services may be available under separate agreement.

11. Compliance and Regulatory
